Score-on-line.com - unlocking protected pdf files/sheet music?

I was wondering if anybody here knew how to unlock a protected pdf file I just downloaded from score-on-line.com. I don't understand why they'd do this... I paid for sheet music, not a file I can't open. I've checked the emails I've received (2). One is English, but doesn't say anything about a code, and the other is French, which I'm pretty rusty at. =/
